Some paintings are good and some are just a horrible mess. Most people want to work hard and make a pretty picture while some people just wanna have fun and scribble. Of course a painting will never be perfect. You will make some mistakes here and there. Big and small. But what matters the most is the overall outcome of the picture. Some areas of the painting will be more pretty than other parts. That's what makes it unique. If it has something special then it's worth keeping. But what if a huge mistake happens? Like maybe the painting got thrown in water or paint got smeared all over it. And what if there's no way out of ever fixing it? Your upset because even if you start over it will never be the same. It was a one of a kind thing. Or maybe you just didn't care about the painting anymore. You either move on to a new partner to help you make a new painting or you just start over with the same person. So you rip the old picture and get a fresh new piece of paper. When you paint it the second time you either make more mistakes or make less. If you make more mistakes you just rip it up and start again. But if you make less mistakes you feel like you have learned from your last painting. But what matters is that everyone wants a beautiful painting. One that is special. But we all have to work hard at that and practice. But sometimes all your other paintings will never be as good as the one you had before. Because it was something special. But no matter what you can always get a new piece of paper and start over.
