A Reckless Nation, Needs a Reckless God

Hatred,

Manipulation,

Fraudulence,

Corruption.

The world we live in

Should be seen as a sin.

We walk around in a mask

Ignoring the issues we all must face.

Yet there’s an answer

We keep locked in case.

We need rebellion.

A fire to start in the souls

And burn though the controls.

Trapping us inside

Fearing the truth being let out

From the mask in which we hide.

Unfailing love

Could overwhelm the world

And come down from above.

Chaos will break out

As the eternal darkness

Is pushed into a drought

And light floods through the earth

Brighter from the fallout.

Let freedom ring

In something more

Than just a perishable thing.
