Isaiah 55:8 8 “For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord. Difference

God’s thoughts are so different from mine

only He has answers for to-day.

My mind does not agree with that

and explains God’s Truth away.

My mind will quote the scriptures

to be used in self-defense.

It rattles on ... this “know it all”

as it forces my heart to dance.

“I am the Way”, Jesus said

so my mind tells me to travel

day and night following a map

paved by mind’s own gravel.

In all things that Jesus shows

do I love my minds interpretation.

Is that what’s wrong in this dying world

Cause of mind’s complete degradation?
