The Question

The Question

September 10, 2018 ~ Monday

I came to get help

Not to get hurt

And every time you make a move

I'm turned to how I used to feel and what I’ve learned

That I can’t trust anyone

Not even myself

Tiny lights across my vision

New wristband for this edition

Trying to heal but time spent

Hiding from those who force themselves on others

I’m the prey and you’re the predator

I’m the patient, you’re the doctor

Squeezing me like a lemon

But all you get is a watery expression

Who can really help me, I believe, is the question
