Purity and Tolerance

Location

I am a lover of truth
For honesty is like a bride
You can unveil it for what it is
Or continue to let it hide

I am a worshipper of freedom
For independence is a dream
A desire and wish of many
That only few redeem

I am a celebrant at the altar of language
Whether praising or demeaning
For a modest amount of words
Can justify tremendous meanings

I stand for purity and tolerance
For one simple reason:
If one changes for another
It is an act of pure self-treason

I am not afraid to be a free-thinking individual. Despite all the pressure, I have refused to conform. Molding yourself to other's ideals is self-treason. You must stay true to yourself, or who will?
