Ecclesiastes 3:14

14 I know that whatever God does,
It shall be forever.
Nothing can be added to it,
And nothing taken from it.
God does it, that men should fear before Him.

And there's me

If I ever have an original idea ... I’ll write it down on paper

Later it can be used sporadically to light one’s understanding

It may remove the silent pleas and fears as it would a vapor

Replaced by love constantly in freely giving and not demanding

Once I seemed to be a soldier and now just parchment paper

Hoping to stand the test of time turning yellow before my Maker

Hoping to be read one day before the world turns into vapor

For judgment day will come for sure maybe sooner than later

The war we are fighting today somehow was destined long ago

The battle field was drawn out before the beginning of time’s flow

The puppets on one side in a daze and the other in the know

that victory was won long ago as their confidence still grows
