Protests for Black Lives Matter Movement

We walked in peace,

signs in the sky

You responded

with an army

We asked for

equality,

justice

You flooded us

with rubber bullets

and tear gas instead

People are

dying,

to a system

based on

oppression

People are

dying

to your hand

For doing

nothing

but

exist
