Pretty Girl

She sits in the dark with her knees to her chest and her emotions wild

she remembers your lies and how yet you were mild.

She spends her nights crying and asking "why?"

Such a sad girl and lonely praying to die.

Don't do it pretty girl you're better than it all,

Your gaurdian angel watches refuses to let you fall.

She realizes...I don't want my parents to feel what I do now,

so she prays to the lord and asks him

"how?"

"How does it get better Jesus?"

Please explain it to me?,

He whispers to the beautiful girl

"You are bigger than this, you shall grow like a tree."
