5 But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, 6 to knowledge self-control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness, 7 to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love.

The “All” in all

Requests came and now they’re gone ... I didn’t have a pencil.

Why did not I write them ... on the tables of my heart?

Is it any wonder then ... how much we are sliding

down the slopes of indifference ... seldom to do our chosen part?

You said it well my brother ... where we’ll go Jesus goes with us.

There is no escaping ... from His searching heart.

Is He looking for Himself ... in all of our behavior?

The way we set priorities...  is the “All” important part.
