The Power of Poetry
Poetry taught me how to write Poetry
Prose has lots of rules and grammar and punctuation and it’s very cluttered in paragraphs, orderly yet stifling
Poetry has less rules
But sometimes more.
It depends on the type of Poem.

are an example of a Poem that is trickier to write than prose.
Why limit yourself? Because CREATIVITY flourishes under
constraints
constraints
are paths that keep writers from getting lost, and
constraints
can be a form of art in themselves, like in a

I could go
on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on
But the most important thing Poetry taught me is that
words are not the only art in literature
It is the
FORM
of the words, the
SHAPE
of the words, the
FONT
PARAGRAPHING
DECORATION
ANYTHING
that makes it true art
