Position

Matthew 4:8-9 New Living Translation (NLT)

8 Next the devil took him to the peak of a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory. 9 “I will give it all to you,” he said, “if you will kneel down and worship me.”

Position

Stand up for freedom ... in a world that’s not my own

Do I really want a piece of it ... is that is what I deserve?

I’ve come a long way ... and now I hunger for a section

That Jesus turned down in the dessert ... Oh! What a nerve?

Child of contradiction ... always you talk about falling

But you never got up ... the first time you went down

Now you wallow in the mud and you keep on calling

For others to join you there ... you really are a clown
