Poor Start

Thu, 09/19/2013 - 10:06 -- nsmooth

I went to school for many years

Wrote out papers, and gushed out tears

Eventually high school came and went

Unfortunately that time was unwisely spent

We read old literature and solved equations

We learned about Greeks, as well as Asians

But the one thing that we skipped was life

I learned enough history, we learned it twice

We should've went into jobs and money

Once you're in the real world, there is no sympathy

Scores on tests don't mean everything

How will I afford that special wedding ring

As I grow up, I realize the time that was wasted

I'm finally in the world, I wish I could have taste it

Taxes, mortgages, careers, and stocks

I wish I could say that my high school rocks
