The Pledge of Ignorance

“One nation under God, Indivisible, With Justice, And Liberty for All”

“One nation under god”? Try one nation divided.

Rich and poor. When did we get so misguided?

“Indivisible”? What about all the mothers who never got to say goodbye?

Millions of soldiers dead, and seen only as a statistic. The facts don’t lie.

“Justice”? I think you mean corrupt.

Innocent until proven guilty, unless you can’t afford. Then proceedings must be abrupt.

“Liberty for all”? That must be a joke.

Black, gay, female, hispanic, transgender, young, old, poor, you name it. All being squeezed until they choke.

The American Dream. It’s time to wake up the people.
