Please don't shun me!!!

  I'm gay, I'm straight, I love, I hate, I appreciate I disrespect.  I'm smart, I'm dumb. I feel  but I'm numb, I fight but I fear. I seek, I hide I run but I stay in place. I won, I lost, I gave it my all. I gave nothing.
I'm lost where am I at, I can see but I'm blinded. I reached out for help in return I was shut out. I can't find my self, who am I now, I get laughed at, I'm the popular one, I get called names, I'm the bully.  I'm weak, I'm strong.  I'm broken, I'm mended. My life is ending, my life is beginning.
I'm a confused mess, They tell me to give it my best. They tell me to be myself  how does one find there self, if I don't know who iam, or where to start, they tell me to follow my heart but where it leads, others don't approve.  I'm judged no matter what. How does one find there self if they don't know what to look for and never met before. So many pretend to be who they are not, it's sad because some never find there self, they are pushed in so many directions, lost they live for the world's eyes and not there own.   Young, or old, fat or skinny, white or black, smart or slow, it doesn't matter where ever you go some will always have an opinion of you.
Be you and don't follow the world's views of you, life is too short,   This life is yours and nobody else can tell you what to do. Reality is someone out there will have something bad to say about you anyway. Stand tall be who you really are. If those you love shun you out who cares they are the one missing out!!!
