Placid water,

My reflection stands still.

Though my thoughts in my head,

And the emotions that i feel,

Run rampant throughtout me,

Beckoning tears to my eyes.

But no longer will i suffer,

I will declare my goodbyes.

Learning from this mistake,

I will not keep looking back.

Going my own way,

Finding for my heart, what it lacks.

But i will take the time,

And repair my beaten soul.

Doing what compels me the most,

So I can finally be whole.
