Place called School
When I walk past the door I smile
While others might sigh
or groan
or pout
For I know that this is the place where your life begins.
When I hear the bell toll I smile
While others may not hear it past the laughter
or the jokes
or through their sleep
For I know that this is the place where your life begins.
When I am handed a sheet paper I look at it
While others stick it in their binders
or thier pockets
or leave it on someone else's desk
For I know that ths is the place where your life begins.
