Pills

They want to control the most personal thing about us

Our bodies

Not only do we have to deal with a patriarchial world but now a communist like dominion

We learned in history that colonials wished to break from religion controling the government

Although, it seems history always finds a cruel way of repeating itself

Our bodies

Which were supposed to be ours and ours alone, are now in the hands of men who treat us like breeding tools

They want to take away the rights to controlling our future, to even having one at all

Yet, people stand for this in the name of their beliefs

When science has told us to be UNBIASED,.. shouldn't politics be the same?

They take away the pills

But they also took away her life

She didn't want to have seven children

She didn't want to live in worry of having to feed so many mouths

She always wished to make something of herself

However, it had been taken away from her as if it was wrong for her to be in charge of her own body
