Physical anomalies

Happiness is stored somatically
Just as physical pain brings emotional distress
Every bad thing that has ever happened to me
Resonates within every atom of my breath
My bones remember my first lost love
As they stretch they release a painful flood
Each and every cell I'm composed of
Vibrates to the individual drum of my every sensation
Memories collect at my fingertips
Looks like pots from raging rivers
Cascading through sinews aging simultaneously
Creating gray hairs that so beleaguer me
My old broken bones tell stories to me
My ears thus hear a cacophony
Translations from one part of me
Are interpreted perfectly to the next
As I trim my nails reluctantly
I'm discarding a part of my past
Every fiber in my very being
Feels buoyant as I laugh
There's a corporeal reaction
To every psychological action
If I try to separate the two
True understanding eludes me
The chemistry of my brain
Vibrates to every thought
And cultivates corresponding phenomena
From my head down to my toes
I cannot separate your existence from mine
Our bodies and thoughts intertwined
Separateness is illusion
Self preservation A lie
I transfer energy from my consciousness
To everyone else around me
I either cultivate the love within
Or the hate that likes to haunt me
Energy does not merely material
Our thoughts are carried on the wind
In dispersed to every individual
We come into contact with
It all boils down to oneness
There is no separation
Every thought Rock and physical being
Thrives in homeostasis
