I am brave I realise

I endured I reached out

and life is no longer faded grey

a rainbow starts to shine

but inside me it's still raining

Then I see the fire reignite

in the burned out grate

a magical bird

the phoenix arises

his fire destroys fear and shame

I realise I am a Phoenix 

and I shall shine again
