Perspective
To understand a life unlike your own,
to feel against it still.
To sink below in others bones,
then feel it break your will.
Rhymes that make up human thought,
contrast with firm beliefs.
In between two morals, caught
and looking for relief.
Words fall from lips of many,
appreciation, recognition flow
Emotions from the horn of plenty,
empathy, sympathy, grow.
And then a realization blooms,
a new perspective came.
And through the air peace looms,
never to be tamed.
