People are temporary

People are temporary
and when they go away it's scary
it's like a part of you dying
but half of you is still trying
to get back with them, get back to them
you're alone in the dark crying
And there's nothing left to do but lying
to yourself and to others
telling lies to the mothers and the brothers
and it's such an immoral circle
and your hands turn purple
it's cold outside but you feel numb.
Nothing to fear, nothing to lose
you've lost it all, go get some booze
get drunk and numb and forget those days
where you were happy and could stand straight
not now, never again you will feel the same
especially not when you have the weight of the world on your brain.
