the world seems to be insane

illness and pain

struggle and vain

what happened to the love?

why cant we seem to rise above?

loving and uniting 

a stop to all the fighting 

maybe we could listen to learn and understand

working together to fix the conflict at hand

confusion, intrusion, persuasion, misrepresentation

all seem to contribute to the miscommunication

that divides nations

leaving us to wonder if peace could ever be more than imagination
