PARODY: Where the aisle ends

There is a grocery store where the aisle never ends

And before the dairy section begins,

And there the boxes are stacked horizontally and vertically,

And there the tiles are stained russet,

And there my stomach growls from hunger

To the many different options.

Let us leave this store where my lack of eating lunch

haunts me

and the candy tempt me to open and chew.

Past the row of the chips where he saturated fats call my name

We shall power walk with a speed fast enough to get home so

I can eat,

And watch where aisle markers lead us

To the store where the aisle ends.

Yes  we shall power walk with a speed fast enough to get home so

I can eat,

And watch where aisle markers lead us.

For I know, my stomach growls, and my family,

They know and have heard my stomach

The store where the aisle never ends.
