Pappy (a.k.a My Grandfather)

Today is the day we said goodbye.

I did not want to cry.

Life with you was such an amuse.

Now I do not know how to diffuse.

The feathers I see below,

I know, somehow, are from you,

Telling me you are still here in my presence.

I know someday we'd meet again.

Until then, life will never end.
