I know this- life is difficult,

it has ups

and it has downs

I know this- having a mental disorder isn’t easy,

especially when people assume you can just

‘get over it’

I think- obstacles are put in our lives to make us stronger

I know- it is a daily struggle to keep moving forward

We need perseverance and effort to make it to the finish line

We need to believe in ourselves, even though others may not
