if one job could change everything,

life would be simple and grand,

it can't but if it could,

i'd pick writing every time.

the things of inspiration,

brave heroes and cowardly dragons,

i'd litter page to page of everything i wrote,

with people like me and people who need a voice.

when i was young and my only solace was found through the pages of books,

i wished to be the person who gave that hope to others,

who gave kids the feeling they had the power to change the world,

one job could change a life: my life, a hopeless child, someone with no voice.
