Life is the basal in which we share
Developing as any plant would; straight from the stem.
It is our choice to have the care
To grow up in the light or digress in the darkness.
Depart from conventions that squander progression
Rather than attest for what you care less.
Don’t just appear rakish, be more than looks,
Not all for show, but know what to show for.
Be vibrant as a garden can be, seek out purpose
Spread like wildfire, but leave no ashes.
Leave behind your shine, continue the legacy,
Share the common concern that comes with life.
