The Overall Result

I dealt with a big, erratic family.

I was taught to follow my orders exactly.

Sacrifice seemed completely normal.

I never stopped until my work was done.

I am not a stranger to mistakes.

To keep moving forward is to succeed.

I understood what it meant to struggle.

Long nights were necessary to finish tasks.

Family drama and school broke me into bits.

My body is exhausted but invincible.

My mind is shattered but quick to answer.

I am the the result of my life experiences.

I am a remainder, a survivor.
