Our Future

There's something lurking in our schools,
That's far scarier than ghosts or gouls.
It's sitting there stalking you,
Waiting for the teacher's cue.
One little hour is all it would take
For your future to make or break.

We only learn how to take a test,
Which isn't always what is best.
The way they treat us is unfair.
It's like they don't even have a care.
I think kids should have a say
Because we're the ones who test all day.

It's our future.
It's your choice.
I think kids should have a voice.
