Opportunity

What’s it called when you work hours on end?

Yet every minute seems worth wild

I think it’s the same thing that makes me smile

That phrase “If you love what you’re doing then you’ll never work a day in your life”

And no, it’s not a wife

A dream job?

I think that’s what they call it

For me I imagine fabric running through my fingers

My mind twirling with ideas

My dreams turning into reality

And my success bringing me to tears

To go to school and learn the ropes

That way when I am on my own

I won't be taken as a joke

I will be the youngest in the game

Ha, no sweat

Will I thrive in my fame?

Oh you bet

With my family as my back bone

And their support endless

Their hints of encouragement let me know

Hayli, you got this

28 years old, that’s the deadline

Just be patient

Because the fashion world…

It will be mine
