With open arms
Location
(poems go here) A quick glance to be blinded by his wealth
A harvest of laud implying desire
Yearning a better life, not just for himself
A heart for the lost is his only admire
Vision entails what God made him to be
Ordained to grasp his staff and tend His flock
But intent slowly predates destiny
Discord with honest intent cracks the clock
He’s fallen victim to his hollow thoughts
And soon his accomplishments seem distraught
Why give himself away to be the light
To be neglected with bitter despite?
His only departure, a hidden cliff
He leaps, and with open arms embraces the abyss
