The Only Job That Matters.

The only job that matters is always the most important one.

Whether it's the one you first got when you turn 15 or the part time job you take to help out a family owned business when you're 55.

My life changed when I first got my job at 15. I started working part time at a amusement park and I was finally able to get my own independence. As a young man, I was able to buy my very first bike, one that I always liked to ride swiftly around the neighborhood feeling the cool wind across my face.

The bike itself was a figure of my freedom. The bike had a cherry red paintjob, chrome handle bars that were so polished my relfection was clear was day. So clear, in fact, that you could see every single scratch and pimple on my face. The tires had extra grip so I could slide across the tough gravel with ease. It was my bike. It was my freedom.

My first job, the first job that mattered, led me to believe that I only have one job in life. That job was to keep moving forward and make something of myself. Any little job inbetween this one and my next would only serve the purpose of helping build me up. It would help me become who I wanted to become.

So, the only job that matters, is the one we set our minds too. The one that keeps us going in our lifetime.
