For the One Who Raised Me

In every storm, you stand so tall,
A gentle strength, through it all.
With steady hands and an open heart,
You gave me love from the very start.

When the world felt heavy, you carried the weight,
A mom and a dad, both in one fate.
Through tears and laughter, highs and lows,
Your love was the anchor that always grows.

With every sacrifice, big or small,
You gave your all—through it all.
A quiet warrior, fierce and true,
Mom, I don’t know what I’d do without you.

You work so hard, day and night,
To take care  all of us , to set things right.
Five of us to love and raise,
You give each of us your endless praise.

But through it all, you never rest,
You give us your very best.
I see your strength, your tireless fight,
And love you more with each passing night.

You taught me courage, you showed me grace,
And how to smile when life’s a race.
You were both the hands that held me tight,
And the wings that helped me take flight.

Through sleepless nights and endless days,
You give your love in countless ways.
You are the heart that beats for us all,
The love we lean on, the strength we call.

In every hug, in every smile,
You make each moment worth the while.
No matter what, you always find
A way to lift us, calm our minds.

Your childhood was a battle, rough and long,
Yet you rose above it, staying strong.
Through pain and struggle, you still gave light,
Showing us how to fight the fight.

You didn’t have the easy road,
But still, you carried love’s bright load.
And though the past was hard to bear,
You taught us all how much you care.

The men you chose, not always right,
Yet still, you kept your future bright.
Through broken trust, and heartache deep,
You showed us how to rise, not weep.

And so I write, from deep inside,
To thank you for the love you provide.
For all you do, and all you’ve done,
Mom, you are my moon, my stars, my sun.
