One Job May Change My Life

From the hours of studying

To clinicals and tests

Passing my exams

And only giving my best

Applying for jobs has never been harder

but with a degree like mine it is easier than others

caring for others no matter what

has been my goal from the start

One job may change my life

but to be able to change another

to help them through their pain and strife

Is worth all the money, and sleepless nights

To care for those who's stories are endless

Whos hope is nothing life I have ever seen

Will keep me going when my own life is a mess

And be better than I have ever dreamed

Because my patients, and instructors in my life, they've changed me
