Looking toward the future is easy

Deciding what to do to reach your goals is hard

Throughout our lives our parents make our choices 

College we reign free

 

My world spins on its axes 

challenging me in every way it can

However my dream remains

and for this i stand.

 

I want to change the lives of the children not seen

of those who are dismissed and put to the side

our friends and companions

those who just want to love and support us

 

I strive toward my dream of becoming a vet

and every step i take to atain this goal brings me joy

no lies

no hate

no deception

only my resolution

 

I will make my dreams come true

with my own power

to change the world of these who are less fortunate
