Oh what the wonder

Mon, 08/04/2014 - 20:35 -- achase

The wonder of a clear blue sky

Surrounded by cottonwood trees,

Their leaves gleam as crystals would glisten,

The sun shines brighter in their shade.

A multitude of butterflies

dance on flowers like buffalo

dancing on rolling hills of prarie.

Streams of water cantered wildly,

their cool hands beckon me to come

and rest with the breeze in calm peace.

It is a place of serenity,

something made for me.
