Oh To Live At Winter's World

Oh to live at Winter’s world

Where snowflakes tingle your skin

With a cooling delight unknown

To Summer’s blistering touch

To taste her ice-spun delights

Safe from the sun’s harmful light

Sleeping upon beds made of

Glistening soft snow

Create snowpeople all day

And boil hot chocolate at night

Sliding down a hill on sleighs

Forged of crimson holly wood

Oh to live at Winter’s world

Oh to live at Winter’s world

Would give all eternal bliss

When sleeping inside igloos

Away from daily struggles

To skate upon frozen ponds

While singing joyous carols

To enjoy its cooling breeze

And relax on the bare trees

To sit on a lovely sleigh

Decked with vibrant mistletoe

While laughing along the way

With your friends and family

Oh to live at Winter’s world
