Oh, If they only knew

Location

Oh, If they only knew....

It's never who they think it is
Those who would suspect
 that you long for someone

They couldn't be more wrong
For if they knew my true feelings
If they ever guessed
their mouths would be agap

For it is he who comes to me
in the midnight hour
He who infiltrates my days,
my nights, my thoughts, my dreams

The whisper of his words
the touch of his hand
The warmth of his breathing
The unspoken understanding

In my heart of hearts
He will always be 'the one'
Never a word shall be whispered
Identity left secret

Constant none the less
