Oblivious at the Bluff

She was completely engulfed with his presence. Never in the world had she seen a man so beautiful; what amazed her more is the fact that he had no earthly idea. There she sat, in the passenger side of his old car, the street lights reflecting off their faces and she can’t help but stare at him. There he was, one hand holding his cigarette, the other on the steering wheel, completely oblivious to the moon-eyed girl that sat beside him.

She completely engulfed with his presence. Never in the world had she ever felt so content listening to horrible rap music that had been popular years before, back in the time that they had first met. She didn’t want this night to end, so there she sat, laughing and praying for more time.

He was completely engulfed with her presence. Never in time had he ever loved anyone else; what amazed him more is that she had no earthly idea. There he sat, in the driver’s seat of his old car, the street lights reflected off her eyes as she had those eyes on him as she admired him. There she was, one hand holding her cigarette, the other on the center dash, close to him, completely unaware of how much she, a moon-eyed girl, really meant to him.
