nothingness

As he walked out

Heavy hearted

thoughts occupied

that feeling of

nothingness,

for being or not being

what for and how far

did you not hear,

the whispers

rumours

unknown

uncertain

sing my dear,

life or death

been or being

who will tell

birds can fly

the time will come

this shall pass

mountains crumble

oceans dry

you will rise

nothing is forever
