The Normal

Location

We wear our scars with honor

They do not understand the meaning

And they never will.

They are scars of pain, regret, and forgiveness.

Scars of misunderstanding and loss

Scars that ripped holes into the world

We wear our scars with honor and pride

They symbolize our pain, past, and suffering

Our forgiveness , future , and remembering

They are a reminder of our strengths and weaknesses

We are our scars

And our scars are we

We can't expect them to understand

They are the normal, after all

And the normal do not have these scars

Nor have they felt what we've felt.

The normal might just have everything

Everything but scars
