No More Tomorrow

If you held me tight,

Would I turn to dust?

I’ve given up this fight,

And let my dreams rust.

This path has reached the end,

Falling over the edge.

I followed each turn and bend,

But now I release the ledge.

In falling I find peace.

Free of pain and sorrow.

Here I shall cease.

I relinquish my tomorrow.
