No Makeup

So what if I don't put on make-up
It doesn't make me any less prettier
I don't want to enhance my features
Nor do I want to hide who I am

I want everyone to see my natural face
I want them to see how real I am
All I want is for someone to love me
With all my physical and emotional flaws
I want them to see my imperfections

I don't want to hide behind make-up
For that isn't me
It never will be me

Yes, make-up can make you pretty
However, you can shine without it

Then you will see who really loves you
For who you really are
