New York City

I treasure the time I spend with you

Your enchanting beauty fills my eyes

The moment I see the glistening lemon sun

Gazing down unto your perfect skyscrapers

I feel like I am in heaven

Your presence enchants me

And shifts my gaze from one lavish building to another

And I can't help but feel over taken by you

I feel  your warmth

I see your unreal beauty

Your bittersweet scent fills by lungs

And it's as if the others murmuring around us do not exist

Your ebony streets are what guide my way

I whisk around them just to see everything you have to offer

The things I see in you are indescribable

You bring me tremendous amounts of joy

And I long for the day to call you my home
