New Mayor of Annapolis

His shaky smile comes off fully half-sure,

face colored sour milk, taken in right light

height dwarfed by stately courtroom grandeur

with the meekness that tells you he’ll soon fight

all the measures the people want to ensure,

and his confidence inspiring quote might

just win your vote, cause he says that as of yet

there hasn’t been a big screw up he regrets.
