The Neverland Fan_Scholarship Poem

The Neverland Fan

I never want to grow up!

What’s the point anyway?
When you can fly up in the sky,

and play around all day.

Being an adult doesn’t sound fun.

When pirates on an island have tons treasure hunts.

Neverland is a place where

you don’t have to grow up.

It’s all about fun and games,

And where you don’t have to share your age.

Wendy, Michael and John

Have learned everything wrong.

Kids shouldn’t have to grow old.

It’s not what I was told.

Pixie dust is a must,

and so are the lost boys.

I never want to grow up!

Because I want to be young with joy.

Being younger is better,

Just ask Tink, it’s better than you think!

Wendy and her brothers have had the best time ever!

They even have learned how to fly!

Now it’s Jane’s turn, and she wants to stay.

Hopefully, she’ll get her way!
