Never Forget

As an infant you don’t recognize

The love in a mother’s eyes

She carries you with a gentle touch

You don’t realize she loves you so much

With forgiveness full and plenty

A mother would sacrifice more than any

She cures your bumps and bruises

Gives up her time more than she uses

The warm care of a mothers embrace

Can solve anything with time and pace

She was the first to love and last to care

With gentle eyes she comforts in despair

A mother is the best love we can know

As her eyes tear up when she must let go

She may be forgotten or put in second place

As we grow older we forget her embrace

In a mothers heart she will never forget

The child that doesn’t need her yet

Nothing is more awesome than a loving mother

Who will always protect us like no other

To men, women, and children who gone away

Please always love your mother till this day
