Tear the tree down
As the ecosystem frowns
Just so some smuck
gets to wear the mangrove crown
One day natures going to fight back
But what you lack
Is the ability to comprehend
With every word you speak with your lips
I wish you could see
this very well could be the end
That living thing you just killed
There's no guarantee that it'll be their next year
Its amazing how peacefully you sleep in bed
With all the things that are now dead
Don't you see your swimming in greed
With a lake you think is a waste
Are you really that neive?
Take a good look around
It may seem small
But stop the wrecking ball
