The Narrow Gate

Because the gate is so narrow

only a few can enter

But to gain access to the entrance,

we must come to remember

For the spiritual realm is for the meek, the humble

but those who hold on to the pleasures of this world  will cry and tumble

Down to the fiery pits of the underground, pleading for mercy

and all the pleasures will be deemed as a mere fantasy

So the Son of God will arrive on his magnificent throne

and for those who deserve it, the Kingdom will be shown

The books will open to a long list of names,

some will pass through the gate, and others in flames.
