Naive or Not

One believes the color pink is pink
The rest of the colors begin to shrink
All you see is beauty on the surface
Look deeper; you’ve just entered the furnace

Not everything is pretty in pink
Need to see with your eyes and I don’t mean wink
Open them and look at every angle
Decipher the corners and you’ll see the anger

Let all the colors be seen, not just one, but more than three
Experience them altogether and the final result is a beautiful feather
The weight is lighter, the feeling relaxed
Is it really true opposites attract?

Be true to yourself and remember we’re not perfect
Tackle those corners, later on you’ll see it was worth it…
